Sunjay Kewalrramani
Executive Director
Medilux Laboratories Private Limited
At Medilux, culture isn't a policy - it's a lived experience.
Walk through our corridors, and you'll find teams that have grown together, evolved together, and built something lasting. We foster an environment where trust, accountability, and mutual respect are foundational — not just ideals.
Our people are encouraged to think long-term — not only about the science they’re working on, but about their own growth and contribution. Whether in research, development, logistics, manufacturing, or leadership, everyone is given the space to learn, lead, and leave a mark.
This sense of stability, loyalty, and shared purpose doesn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of a culture that values people — where knowledge is passed on, relationships are built to last, and careers are nurtured, not just managed. At Medilux, we don't just retain talent — we invest in it for the long haul.

TESTIMONIALS
What our people say?
I started here as a trainee analyst. Back then, I didn’t know much beyond theory. But my seniors were patient and really took the time to guide me. Now I can run full analyses confidently, and I'm trusted to train new joiners too.
— QC Analyst
In the beginning, I thought I would feel lost in such a structured setup. But honestly, the systems here help more than they restrict. You always know what’s expected, and someone is around if you’re unsure.
— Junior QA Executive
The best thing here is that you’re not treated like a temp. Even junior staff are respected, and if you make the effort, people notice. That’s why I see myself staying here for a long time.
— Technician
We’re a technical plant, so the standards are high. But that also means you get better every day. Whether it’s safety, documentation, or just the way you handle equipment — you grow by doing.
— API Production Operator
I've seen how carefully we treat quality here — from raw material checks to final batch release. It’s not just about ticking boxes. People actually take it seriously, and that makes me proud to be in QA.
— QA Officer
When I joined, I didn’t expect to stay so long. But now I understand why. The culture here is calm, the work is structured, and there's always space to speak up if something isn’t working.
