Medilux Laboratories houses over 40 variants of chemistry at a single site, supported by a skilled team of 40 organic chemists, including 10 PhDs, and 50 analytical chemists, with 4 PhDs. Our dedicated team for technology transfer, scale-up, and industrialization includes 2 PhD chemists and 4 chemists, ensuring seamless project progression. On the production side, we employ 40 technical operators working across three shifts, seven days a week, with over 60% holding degrees in chemistry, reflecting our commitment to expertise and continuous operational excellence.

Three decades ago, Medilux was born from a simple vision — to contribute meaningfully to global pharma through scientific precision, ethical manufacturing, and unwavering commitment to quality.
